I cannot seem to find a complaints department on their website so how do we escalate problems. WHO CAN WE SPEAK TO? when we have a problem.
I had tried calling but the lines were busy, so I sent an online request on 16 July 2013 using the RCSCardsWebEnquiries. I asked RCS to change the debit order date of my account. I sent a follow up to the same address on the 31 July, and received a response on the 6 August asking for my ID number. I assumed my request was eventually received and being actioned.
To date nothing's been done. I have just received another message from my bank complaining of the debit order going off while there are not enough funds available.
I sent another mail yesterday (22 aug) at 8.30am and asked for a response to my mail within 24 hours, that should be enough time to acknowledge receipt of my mail. I've heard nothing
