Debit order problem

Since the change over from savings to Access account my debit order for my Blue bean account has been returned as unpaid! There is money in the account! I went to the Gezina branch and a gent helped me and said he would get back to me the following week, he did contact me and said they are looking into the problem. The next day a lady phoned and said I deposited the money too late? I said that I alway pay the money in on the day I get paid and she then said i must make use of the cash accepting ATM. Where do I find one??? The lady at Standard bank Hatfield said that they are only available in the city centre and that Hatfield, Gezina will be upgraded soon. I thus deposited my money at the counter, paying extra charges! There was still money left in the account from last month when the debit order did not go off and I had to deposit the money into the BLUE BEAN over the counter! Yesterday I got an SMS saying that the account has not been paid AGAIN???
