Paid up letter - bad attitude

I am looking for my paid up letter and paid my truworts account ages ago and they still have me listed, i am looking for a job and the employers need the paid up letter as proofbecause no one bothered to have my account updated, now the agent tells me i will get my letter when they get to me, and i call back she tells me that i will get it in 7 days, if i loose this job who wil be paying for my kid are they going to employ me??? really? i need the letter before end of business, it is not my fault they do not update their systems i paid them a long time ago... i need the letter today .. or else, they will have to employ me i cannot wait for 7 days or 7 hours!! my name is floyd mabanga
