Overdraft Application

I have been banking with FNB for more than 7 years and never received any latency or delay from FNB, I made my first over draft last month of which it went successful on the following day like I was told that it will be within 48 hours, and secondly I applied for an increase on Tuesday if not Monday 22nd of August 2013 of which I was been told that I do qualify for it and it will reflect into my account the next day or withing 48hours, and I called for the second time to follow up, then I was told the same thing, "Zandile Sibisi" is the person who assisted me with the application and I am not putting the blame to her, but to FNB for the delay they causing me. I mean really this is unlike FNB
