It is so frustrating to bank with FNB, they offer telephonic facility, but they do not actually help you. I have banked with FNB for the past 13 years, have investments with them as well. On 2 December 2013 I applied for an overdraft increase telephonic on 011 6322251 and it was approved. Yesterday the 03 December I made a follow up and I was told that my husband's details were not verified. When I called this morning, I was told that I have to submit a copy of a payslip and ID. When I made the application on Monday, I did notify the call centre agent that I'm out of town and I do not have the copy of my payslip with me. Telephonic services are there for convenience, but this one is not convenient at all. I should have taken the Standard Bank offer when they offered me a Premium Cheque Acc. Can someone please sort out this issue.
