NO INTERNET BANKING SERVICES FOR LETTING AGENCY

We are an estate agency who also deals with the letting of more than 100 properties. In order to deliver a good service to our landlords, rental monies are supposed to be paid out as soon as received.

Due to ABSA BANK LIMITED cutting of our internet bank services (no fault on our side) we are unable to make any payments when due. This occurs as much as 3 times a week. Then we have to wait up until 5 office hours for them to reconnect us in the branch. SEVERAL promises by ABSA personnel tried to reasure us this will never happen again. Yes? No. This happens very often.

We are fed up with this poor services, thus when we handle such a large credit balance earning R0.00000000 credit interest with ABSA.

We await a speedy response to this - hopeful not just fixing the problem just for an hour or a day.
