Usless service from MY OWN BANK

On the 5th august i apply for a building loan from MY OWN bank thinking i would get reasonable service. Boy was i wrong. I submitted all Documentation requested (44029437890) one week later i asked for feedback and escalated and was given a new number (1215213) again no feedback. Today (21-08-2013) i call and hear they closed my application because of a lack of additional documents. So without contacting me they are just closing my application.
