Spoke to a person called Lebo. Had a claim submitted on the 3rd of August and after 11 DAYS. THEY DID NOTHING ON THE CLAIM. Had to phone the other party and breakdown services myself to call this specific person Lebo. Had to go to the police station MYSELF to get the person who handles the AR case to contact her. I have the option of getting a rent car for 20 days so only after 12 DAYS they give authorization and my car is sent to the panelbeaters. The panelbeaters reported to me they will not finish my car because they ALWAYS have only 7 days to order parts and do the repairs. So in short I had to make all of the phone calls MYSELF and do most of the work MYSELF for anything to happen. Yes they are so very friendly to make money out of you as quickly as possible, BUT WAIT TILL YOU HAVE TO CLAIM THEN ALL YOUR PROBLEMS BEGIN. THIS IS BTW MY SECOND TIME STRUGLING WITH THIS USELESS INSURANCE.
Best of all they (Lebo/MIWAY) does not give a about your problem. Could not care less about you as the client. Absolutely useless.
My recommendation - DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM!!! You will pay them and do all the work yourself to get anything sorted out.
