I want to open a bank account, went to the bank they told me because i live with my fianc? she needs to sign a form to confirm i live with her along with proof of residence. Please note they did not say what proof. So got all that done went back with a letter from the attorney where we rent from to confirm this is our address. Bank manager tells me its not good enough. Not good enough? how much effort is it to pick the phone up and confirm if they don't believe me? She told me if i don't like it go to another bank. Yes just like that. it's the worst service from a bank i ever got. I was shocked.
