When I requested my account statements end March 2012, the balance was R 8 637.78, with the garnish attached for R1 387.92 and went off successfully directly from my salary from April 20th, 2012 for six consecutive months until September 20th, 2012 when it was stopped which I thought was paid-up until another garnishee after all those month for R1 387.92 went off Aug 20th, 2013. Meaning for all this 6 months I paid them an amount of R8 327.52. when I called twice to query I was told I owe them around R1 800.00 and 2nd call R2 800.00. After all my calculations I only owed them R310.26 by the date they stopped garnishing. I find this frustrating as it was not planned for and this will make my other stuff to be behind, I need a full refund and proper arrangement be initiated for the remaining R310.26 I should be owing them.
