Coombe has been debiting and amount of 980 from my account since last year, I contacted them in Dec 2012 to find out what the remaining bal is, only to b notified that I have fully paid and that a credit is due to me.. A call was logged by the legal consultant who was assisting me for the refund.. She however advised that I ws being garnished but my H.R confirmed it wasn't a garnish... I have requested that coombe puts a stop so that my account no longer gets debited as of 01/25/2012. My H.R cannot stop the debit so I request that coombe puts a stop to it urgently and if they can keep me up to date with re to my refund and how much is due to me.h
