My salary has been deducted since Sept 2011 to Feb 2012 with an amount of R700, the total amount paid so far amounts to R 4181.95, Reference given to the account was CO1-08484709, again this year an amount of R 200 is being deducted since Jan - Sept 2013 the reference given is CO1-015616573, i phone Flemix & Associates today to verify this with them to my suprise they told me that they never received an amount of R700 and that the account with reference CO1-08484709 was closed on Feb 2011. Flemix send me the statement that shows the the same amount they claim they never received including the R200, that appears to be the different reference number, and they total balance to their statement is R 1225.14, according to the statement the capital owed is R3633.49 R1803.45 legal cost = R5436.94, paid so far according to them R5310.95, and the balance is R 1225.14, meaning R5310.95 R1225.10=R6536.05. and the balance on my payslip shows again that i still owe R5007.91, can you guys please explain what is happening and i need my refund back cause according to the amounts deducted i have already paid R5981.95 since Sept 2011.
