No Feedback or Responce

I sent an email at African Bank to have my monthly installment reduces and they replied that i should send them the followind documents:
- ID copy
- Payslip
- 3 Months bank statement
- List of monthly expenses
- Statements of existing accounts
- Motivational letter/ letter of request
I sent the the requed documents but they have not yet come back to me.
