Geyser replacement unsaticfactory for 3 weeks

On 1 August my geyser was replaced by RC Bosman Plumbing as per claim number 100239361 . I have been complaining on an almost daily basis about the fact that my hot water supply post geyser fitment is nowhere close to what I had before, even though I was assured that it was replaced by the same specification geyser that I had before.
Previously I had hot water no matter when I turned the tap on, now I barely get enough for a bath or shower.
And when a plumber gets sent out, all they do is turn up the water temperature which does nothing to improve the situation.
I gave up my Outbonus in order to get this sorted out immediately as it was due to me 2 weeks after the claim. It is now 3 weeks later and I still have hardly any hot water. My e-mails to the agent, Frans Kekana, do not get replied to, and I have to personally phone him before I get any response.
For all my years of not claiming (5 in total if I am correct) this is definitely not the service I was expecting.
When I ask to speak to a supervisor I get the run around as well and I am not at all happy.
I think I have been fair in giving this matter 3 weeks to be attended to.
