I would like to congratulate Santam on their excellent service!
After switching insurers to Santam a few months ago, I sadly had to register a claim with Santam where a happened from within my home. This claim was settled and paid in 3 days!!! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, efficient and I actually felt like I was the customer. I have been involved with other claims with other insurers before which have taken months and sometimes years to resolve. I have never experienced such excellent service.
Thank you Santam. In my opinion, you really are the king of Insurers.
