After six months of continuous follow up I have found Santam to be reactive in all aspects. There is no urgency, no follow up and customer service non existent. My frustration relates to a 3rd party claim. Due to limited progress made over a six months period, I escalated my concerns to manager Minolen Nair. Over the past 3 weeks I have left multiple messages for Minolen. Again no effort was made to return my calls. On Tuesday 19 Feb I sent Minolen an email with my complaint. Four days later I have yet to receive some sort of a response. If this is the example set by management, no wonder the rest of the staff compliment couldn't care less. I am fed up with Santam. Assign someone with authority and "will do" attitude to resolve my claim.
