No response to compliants logged on their website

I have been seeing this S4 advert on the FNB website for weeks and my fiance has been telling me about how GREAT FNB is. Unfortunately I have had only bad expiriences ever since moving from my favourite bank to "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" Bank. I opened the account online and had to go inside the bank to fetch the card, the process was so complicated it was like I was opening the account all over again. From collections to a consultant all in all it took me three hours to get the card. The main reason I took out this account was to get a phone, so that I do not need to have seperate payments to a network provider. My profile does not have the smartphone/table order option, so I escalated issue on the website 72 hours ago and I am still waiting for feedback. I so regret moving to FNB, I can assure I am one of those customers that will never recommend FNB to anyone else. The bank is full of promises and it never delivers, even on their website it says for new and exciting customers, but I do not have it. Get me the samsung S4 as promised on your website FNB
