After having to print out a form, go and find a fax machine (those dinosaurs we used to have), and sending it off to some fax number on Friday 16 August at 13:00--I still don't have a Digital Certificate on Monday at 17:00. So no one gets paid, including their own credit card division!

Prior to this when I phoned to enquire what is happening--their own supervisor, who it took five calls to speak to in their dumb call centre, can't even get through to the division that issues Digital Certificates for the Eastern Cape--because they have all gone home!! And it was not even 17:00.

Now it is very dangerous to have a slogan that says "How can we help you? " when you can't help anyone for 48 hours, and your responsible personnel are not even there to take a call.

Not good on you FNB!!!
