Further to my original complaint regarding the Pocket POS device and not being able to sign in... I encountered an issue where normal debit cards (just magnetic stripe) were not going through.
After logging 3 calls and receiving useless reference numbers, this was resolved 2 weeks later and mentioned to be a ' system problem '.
Furthermore, I was charged a monthly fee for my device, even though I am on a Prepaid option - How long does it take to sort this out?
Finally today... inexplicably the machine shows a ' Device Tampered ' message. After a call to the call centre and a urgent request being logged, I am told that the support guys will call me in 2 to 4 hours. Called through just now and am told the support team has left already and will call me tomorrow.
Please take this useless POS device back and refund me - I also never want to deal with Nedbank ever again!
