What kind if service is this?

I applied for a pension powered home loan from ABSA on the 21 November. Suzan called me and requested my husband's payslips, i sent these to her on the 2nd of December but to date i have not heard anything from her. I have called Suzan 3 times and each time i am told she is not available. I sent her emails but she just reads them and not bother to respond or even acknowledge that she received the documents. This type of treatment from her makes me feel like i am begging for a favour, if the loan is declined just say so and give me reasons instead of keeping me hanging. I know some of my colleagues who got their applications finalized within 1 and half week so i don't understand why i must wait a month. Today i called and spoke to a Babalwa or something like that, she is just as rude and told me Suzan only starts at 10h00. On Tuesday i called and i was told that Suzan is the only one that can help so must my life stop because Suzan does not feel like doing her job? If this is the type of service one gets from ABSA i am so glad i don't have an account with your institution.
