Ad service incorect info

I applied for a terminal for my shop last week. Saturday I received a email from Peter that he forwarded to my that he received from head office informing me that my application has been declined due to my itc that does not meet the requirments.accourding to the itc I have 2 judgments and a default against my name. I looked at the itc he send to me and noticed that it is not my itc.but someone else.who ever did the itc just declined me without checking the details like is this the correct person we are declining.after trying to apply for a terminal 3 times and not getting any service and this itc incident how can I still trust this people and continue my application.this is atterley bad service so far. I know for a fact that my itc is clear so please start doing your work PROPERLY...
