We have applied and purchaced the "Pocket POS" in Augustus and received the device in September, Since we received the device we have been unable to use it. We have lodged numerous complaints with the call centre, and up to date no body can help us / or is willing to help us.
Is this how it works, we pay, and Nedbank don't deliver on a service they promise.
In the mean time we are losing sales, because we can not use this device we have purchased.
