I have a contract device with this network and called in recently to have the device blacklisted as it has been
Told the agent the number is being used in another device but belongs to this original blackberry
Mentioned at that stage there was no simcard in the device as I use one number 0837805097 in two devices
The agent nicely told me that she will not blacklist the device without a simcard as its not normal
Like really the device was out of the house and yes there was no simcard in there at that point
Till today im left without a proper phone and continue paying for insurance which isnt fair towards me as the customer
Would like them to reimburse me with the insurance fee or get me a new device
