I have complained before about what a poor device the Drifta is, but have also now discovered that the self -help for this device does not work.
I registered the device more than a year ago and am a paid up "Premium" subscriber. Have not used the Drifta for some time and now cannot use it - keep getting "e100-4 Device cannot play the channel - channel is scrambled" message.
1) Tried using my cell phone to reset error code - system greets me, but won't allow me to select any menu option.
2) Navigated to the mobile web site, selected "clear errors" - shows the device but won't allow me to select it.
3) Tried re-registering the device - says the Dstv code on the back of the device is invalid.
This is all happening after hours so the call centre is closed. Very frustrating.
