About 2 weeks ago I went to my Nedbank branch in Pretoria to order the new Pocket Pos device. The banker told me, as well as the website, that everything will be procesed within 5 working days. My banker emailed me and said the application has been received. Since last week I have not heard anything from Nedbank.
I specifically ordered the device in time for an upmarket sales event and exhibition I am taking part in. This is taking place on Wednesday the 13 Nov. Will I have the device in time? Well it would be a miracle!
This is really unacceptable service delivery. If I don't have my device on Tuesday, I will be cancelling my Nedbank accounts and application for the Pos.
