On Friday, 16th August, 2013 I was paid R500.00 by EFT by a company I did some work for. As of writing this complaint it has STILL not cleared. I did some investigating on Saturday and despite what your staff at Standard Bank would try to have me believe, Standard Bank takes the longest to clear EFTs, which I find utterly disgusting.
I would love to hear the excuses that are going to come out of their mouths this time round as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Just as a matter of interest, Standard Bank, nowhere else in the WORLD do EFTS take 2-3 DAYS, they typically take 2-3 MINUTES!!! Regardless of whether its inter-or-intra-bank EFTs. So "Moving Forward"??? I think not, more like BACKWARD!!! Absolutely PATHETIC!!! They treat their customers like, well this is one who is going to wise up and find another bank.
I welcome you feeble excuses, Standard but I do not expect to hear from anyone.
