Almost a week ago I requested for a settlement amount for my debt from FNB, ABSA and Standard bank. FNB sorted my problem out in 3 hrs. ABSA and STANDARD bank has done absolutely nothing to solve my query. All I have received up to today from Standard bank is emails saying they are busy with my problem.. Really? It has taken you a week to do nothing and give me no answers. I want a manager to call me. Maybe I will get something done then? You have had 6 days. I DO NOT WANT EXCUSES AND PROMISES. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT BY COB TODAY. I work for a big telecommunications company and if we gave the service you are giving we would all be fired. Our customers came first no matter what.
