FNB, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU!?! NONSENSE!!!

I WAS SENT AN OFFER FROM FNB FOR A CREDIT CARD ON TUE 6TH AUGUST 2013. I ACCEPTED AND WAS IMMEDIATELY SENT A PRE AGREEMENT AND A WELCOME MAIL. I WAS TO EMAIL A PAYSLIP/SALARY ADVICE THROUGH TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF MY ID AND THE SIGNED AGREEMENT. ON THE 7TH AUG, I ACTUALLY WENT INTO THE BRANCH TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE PROPERLY. IVE PHONED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET FEEDBACK ON THE PROGRESS OF THE APPLICATION, I GET PUT THROUGH TO DEPT AFTER DEPT AND EVENTUALLY GIVE UP. I CALLED AGAIN ON MON 12TH. AND AGAIN!!! ON THE 13TH, THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT THE APPL HAD BEEN ACKNOWLWDGED (NOT BY ME!!!) AND THAT WAS ALL THAT HAD BEEN DONE. SHE TOLD ME SHE ESCALATED IT AND I WOULD HAVE A REPLYIN 48HRS... ITS NOW 72 HRS LATER AND NOT A WORD/MAIL FROM THEM. I CALLED TYODAY AND WAS PASSED FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND HAVE BEEN TOLD NOTHING USEFULL. THEY HAVE NOW ASKED ME TO SEND ANOTHER FORM THROUGH FOR FURTHER VALIDATION AND THEN THEY WILL SEND IT AGAIN AND I MUST WAIT A FURTHER 3-5 WORKING DAYS!!! DISGUSTING!!! I WILL SEND IT TODAY, BUTU THAT IS IT, MY PATIENCE HAS RUN OUT.
