I am currently residing abroad and need to increase my withdraw limit. I initially contacted SB through their website to find out how I can go about this while abroad and was informed that I can do so by internet banking and submitting a request from my account. I am told it takes up to 24 hours to get a response however the messages that were sent almost a week ago have not been answered. If this is the type of treatment you are going to give your customers I will need to consider moving my account to another bank.
