Stuck in Europe thanks to Standard Bank

I have been studying in The Netherlands for the past 8 months and I recently wanted to transfer much needed funds from my Standard Bank account to my Dutch account. I encountered various problems in trying to do so. First Standard Bank decided to reset my internet banking limits to R0 for absolutely no reason, secondly it is impossible for me to transfer ANY amount to my Dutch account via internet banking.

Furthermore Standard Bank decided that I am only allowed to withdraw a small amount of money monthly in The Netherlands and only in The Netherlands. When I travelled to neighbouring countries I was unable to withdraw any money. Their call centre assured me that this is due to and the fact that I can't pay for food or accommodation in another country is for my protection. I must also note that I did inform my branch about my travels before I left SA and that they assured me I would have no trouble abroad. I have phoned the call centre 4 times in as many days at the cost of over EU100 and as requested I have sent secured messages online asking for assistance. However they are unable to call anyone outside of SA. This morning for 27 minutes before I was cut-off abruptly.
