THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Ok, so I call the nedbank call centre and speak to a girl named thulile who treated me so badly I was in total shock I just couldn't believe the way she handled the call with me. so at the beginning of the call she asked how am I and I said im not ok she said OH THATS GOOD TO HERl lol gosh! then she asked for my id number and I gave it to her she said no I cant find you I repeat it again, still she doesn't get it I repeat it again, she keeps quite so I asked did you get it she says no I go on again and repeat it THE 4TH TIME., now im on the call with this girl and she is silent, total dear air for about 3 minutes and remember my airtime is getting chowed, then I ask, are you having a system problem and she says no im getting your information up. so I wait then she asks me security details that I cant answer and not many questions just two questions when the were plenty more to ask, then she keeps quite and then say oh sorry you failed the questions I CANT HELP YOU, so I said get me someone who can help you she then says oh my manager will tell you the same thing I said get her, she said to me OH WELL WE JUST GONNA STAY ON THE LINE AND PUTS ME ON A DEAD MUTE AND END THE CALL. WOW HEY
