I called the call centre and requested a settlement amount, on dialing the call centre I was asked to punch in my identity number which I did.subsequently koketso answered and asked me for my id no which I gave to her she asked me to repeat it slowly which I did she then asked me 4 other identifying questions and still refused to give me my settlement unless I gave her my fone number which I think is ridiculous 3 identifying questions are sufficient.and then she dropped my call .when I called back and asked for her she took very long to come to the fone and then giggles and tells me that the call cut on its own and requested all my information again. I gave her my id no and she started with the process of identifying me all over again .when I asked to speak to her supervisor she to her that I hadn't given her my id no. all your calls are recorded so why is it so difficult to pull out calls. your service is pathetic and I personally will inform family and friends not to do any business with your company
