Called in to the call centre at 10:12 to add xtra view call dropped. Called back agent advises need to get I'd no and details from previous owner. Call back give the information again I get transferred. at 22:57 to xtraview I had to repeat information call drops. Call back at 22:58 again agent could hardly hear me, repeat smart card and serial agent states transfer of ownership was not done again repeat transfer of owner ship details agent puts me on hold to process it at 23:00 stay on the line till 23:15 with no agent coming back I dropped the call. Tried calling back the call centre is closed. Pathetic service from dstv I don't expect anything less anymore always the same service.
