My card was cloned

Yesterday I had sms notification money coming off my account. My card was being used in Sandton JHB while Im in Worcester (Western Cape).
2 transactions went off and I quickly ran to the bank.
I was told that they cannot do anything on their side, they just changed my card and requested me to call the place where my card was used.
I really thought I could be assisted with the bank stopping that payment as they informed me that it is still pending, meaning HomeMark where the card was used has not received payment yet.
I returned to the bank again today and I was given the same info.
I do know it is my responsibility to look after my card but I do not know these stuff, my kids explained to me that it could be that my card was clone. Capitec, I thought I was using a better bank as per your adverts but with no help from you with this, Id rather move my account elsewhere. Im thinking of moving back to FNB rather where I will receive proper help with them investigating the matter and not send me back to JHB when Im in Cape Town. Your service is not Ayoba at all. I would not recommend anyone to use this bank if this is what happens when your customers are
