Capitec Bank

I received a message on my phone as I always do when swiping my Capitec Global card, except this transaction was never done by me. I had used my card at one store in Balfour Park Shopping Centre and this message alert was for a storeI have never heard of. The name of the store was Cleveland Cloth. I immediately called the call centre number at the bottom of the message alert and wanted to find out what this transaction was about. I was asked to quote my card number to verify that I had my card with me, which I did. A investigation file was opened. The following day a Capitec consultant called to say they will not refund me because according to their record my card and my pin was used at this Cleveland Cloth shop was and the consultant told me he did not know where the shop was, I then asked what kind of investigation is conducted without all the facts, i.e. finding the shop where the card was used. He told me that according to his record my original card was used, unless the card is cloned. Who can clone the card except the bank employees? I want my R199.98 refunded by Capitec Bank because I have never used my card at any store on the 9th Jan 2014 except at Pep Store. Explain
