Still waiting - to go forward

Hi

I am still waiting for a response

My second query relates to the new UCOUNT system

I registered at the end of June
Received my new card a week later
Used my credit card to purchases groceries and fuel

At the end of July I logged on to see my status and cash back
Just found a big ZERO

Logged a call but as at today - no response

Can someone please help
