We had a armed @ our house on Wednesday 28 August. The Thursday morning I phoned standard bank to cancel my husbands cards as it was. One of his bank cards was linked to my account. I requested them to only cancel the card that was linked to my account as I am still in possession of my bank card. They then cancel my card as well. When I want to make a transfer from my bank account to pay the people making a key for my car I could not get into my Internet banking as they cancel my card. I spoke to 6 different people and supervisors for more than an hour. One lady even suggest that I must walk to the bank for their mistake. The trauma of being held by gun point at your house whilst they it was not enough now you have also dealt with incompetent people and they refuse to rectify their mistake! Unacceptable. I am switching banks!!!
