I am very upset about the poor service at Dial direct. I have a car insurance policy with them effective 01/12/2010,
The consultant that captured my application advised that paying for 3 years without making any claims on my policy i will be getting a year premiums back.as per contact effective date 01/12/2010 and 01/12/2013 will be 3 years.however when i phoned in 31/07/2013 i was suprised to hear that pay back will be after 4 years, I have requested the voice recording of the day the application was made to be emailed to me and ever since that day nothing came through i have received any feedback, I would like to warn other people to use services of Dial direct because they are not a true reflections, they are incompetent and have no sense of urgence when it comes to customers, i will never recommend it to any of my friends, family or collegues, they will just take money every month from you and they fail to deliver according to the expected level
