"FICA"

It is the 4th time in 2 months I have to go to my ABSA branch to get my accounts "connected" again due to Fica reasons. Even the staff at the branch are at wits end. Without warning all your accounts are "blocked".
This is terrible service and what is worse is that nowhere can you find an e-mail address/ telephone number of any board member or director.
