Dear Sir or Madam

On the 23rd February 2013 I lodged an application for home loan - endorsement/change of ownership at The Glen: Oakdene with agent by name of Sibusiso. I handed all the supporting documents including the initial contract signed by the spouse of my sister as she was selling 50% of her share as we bought the property jointly in 2005. I endured pathetic service from the agent including his team leader as they seemed clueless about my application as I had to run like headless chicken providing them with supporting documents time and again. The application eventually was 100% approved but with new terms which I was not happy with. The new off with 9.95 interest compared to 7.2% which i'm currently enjoying.

Again on the 30th of July 2013, I lodged an application with the agent. I handed all the supporting document and insisted that he must take the contract (signed by us all including spouse) however indicated that the other contract between me and my sister will suffice. On top of my application I indicated to him that I intend to put down a deposit of R100k to further proof that I'm lower risk as my credit.
