BAD SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER EMPLOYEES

I made an application dated 2013-09-02 and I faxed the required supporting documents with the proof of payment to the number provided on the COMPANY'S documents. This is the disclaimer on their documents: " PLEASE SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT TOGETHER WITH YOUR SIGNED APPLICATION FORM TO 086 639 8288." It also goes on to say: " PAYOUT WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS! ". After numerous follow ups of being told that the said fax number above is the APPLICATIONS DEPARTMENT and THEY DO NOT LIAISE WITH THEM. I was told THERE IS NO TURN AROUND TIME for the Applications Department but I need to refax the documents to another fax number. I eventually got through to their Team Leader JAMIE ADAMS who also made me feel that the company is doing me a favour might I add for the service I've paid for. Jamie Adams indicated that she would call me last week Friday dated 2013-09-13 because she would follow up with the Applications Department to retrieve that fax as they have DISCONTINUED THAT FAX NUMBER. Needless to say Jamie Adams has not called me to date. How is that for service? I have been refused to cancel this application. I WILL URGE ALL SOUTH AFRICANS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. THE SERVICE IS APPALLING!
