No service - Home Loan Pledge

On the 27th August I applied for an on-line pledge. The pledge was system approved application 4535955. On the 30th August, I contacted the Home Loans call centre to query where my pledge certificate is. I was then informed by a Supervisor that I should have received an sms (I did not) requesting supporting documentation and that the application still needs to be worked up. This will take another 10 days. This was not stated on-line before one actually did the the on-line application. I then faxed the supporting documentation to 0861 111 143 at 15h14 same day. At this point I was extremely dissapointed at this as I lost the opportunity to purchase the property I wanted as the other purchases already had an approved loan. Today I followed up (10 days later) on the status of the application on to be told they have not received any supporting documentation. I told the agent I have transmission proof of the fax being received on their side. I was firmly told to re-send the documents and it will be processed. This will taken another 10 working days. I e-mailed the documents to [Email Removed] This is unacceptable I want that pledge certificate today.
