Judging by all the comments here about ucount it looks like this was just put together quickly to counteract Standard Bank losing customers to FNB without having the manpower nor the infrastructure.
Since registering, I have been using my credit card for 3 months now and have been "rewarded" 89 points for spending over R20k. Complained and submitted my statements on the 5 November, a week later after complaining again and escalating the complaint received a call from a "manager" who explained that my complaint was escalated and I had to wait between 7 and 10 days for "investigation". Said period is over now and still no reply nor points.
