I have just called merchant services at ABSA and to be honest I was dreading the call. I was lucky enough to have Zelda Brits pick up the phone and I have never smiled so much after calling a bank - she went 5 extra miles to assist me. She is a pleasure to speak with and an real asset to ABSA... don't let this one go ABSA, she is doing you proud.
