I'm a very dissapointed Absa client, I 've been experiencing problems with absa. I've been a client for so many years but absa is failing me. I had unauthorise debit orders that have been going through my account from STRATCOL, tried stopping them but didnt win and Absa advised me to close my account and open a new one. I opened that new account and to my suprize the same company is still deducting from my new account I'm now convinced that absa has to do with this, because when I went there to complain about it I was told u can reverse it and they forgotten that my credit history its gonna be affected.
