No Accountability and Lack of Service

I am really getting tired of Nedbank's inconsistent service. Everymonth for the past 6 month or more I deposit a cheque into my account and request special clearance on it and within 2 days ints paid into the account. Last week on the 29th at 11h32 I deposited a cheque into my account and was charged R65.00 for special clearance on the same day. 4 days later the amunt is still not paid and on top of that Nedbank has just returned a debit order of R148.00 unpaid and the balance on my account is over a 1000 rand. I am in the process of making an offer on a property and how the am I suppose to be applying for a bond when you are messing up my credit record!!! And this is not the first time Nedbank has retined a debit order on m account when ther are funds available.
