Cheque Not Cleared Even now

I Deposited a Cheque on Tuesday the 5th and requested special clearance, so the money was suppose to have been cleared on Thursday or Friday, I know this because I have been depositing this Cheques for the past 3 years every month, Clearly the lady didn't do special clearance, Can you please make the funds to be available today as I need to use the money today
