I have been pre-approved by SBSA that I qualify for R781 500.00 for a home loan home loan. However when applied for R550 000.00 home loan, they could only grant me R495 000.00.
I am expected now to raise a difference of R55 000 plus estimated R25 000 being transfer costs which add up to -R80 000.00 which I do not have at the moment.
I feel that this is very unfair considering that I have been a staff member for 14 years with Standard Bank and now I need to create more debts from here and there to try and cover above amounts.
