APPLICATION FOR LOAN

I applied for a loan at African Bank Parow Centre, and the sales lady was vey concerning to give me good customer service which I enjoyed. The quote was done and the application fomrs was filled up. She gave me a loan as well as a Gold Credit Card according to the quote, ther was no problem. When the application was done, the sales lady told me that my application was sent to the Credit Department and she could not told me what the reason was why the application was diverted to Credit.
I was under Debt Counselling but it was cancelled voluntarily by me on 21/06/2013. I thought that all the creditors cancelled the Debt Review but to my shock, it was not cancelled on the side of African Bank and they could not even give me reason why the credit application was cancelled.

The debt Counsellor told me that they sent a 17.4 Form to all the creditors and the cancelation process was completed from their side and it was also updated with the NCR.

All my accounts are paid in full because I consolidated all my accounts in one easy payment which is not Debt Review.

I need an answer from African Bank. Maybe I become a victim of discrimination. thanks
