Passing the Buck

It's now been almost 3 weeks since my first post here and almost a month since my first email to Virgin Money SA. This is now the 3rd post about the same issue with the reissue om my CC abroad. Both the previous 2 posts just got a generic response of the issue being passed on. Emailing them also doesn't help, since they just send me the same email back saying I have to sign the form without answering my questions or addressing my problems.
